NLCC Ministries

Our list of ministries has grown and it has become time consuming to keep an up-to-date online version. As of this writing we have over 40 active ministries. We have the typical ministries that every church has such as ushering, nursery, short-term missions, media, and Sunday School teachers. We have also had some unique ministries inspired by the Spirit, such as car repair, baking and taking homemade bread to visitors, financial counseling, baby quilts, and adopt-a-college-student.

One of our church mottos is "Every member a minister." We urge each attender to seek the Lord for what He has gifted them to do. The church leadership provides the resources, training, and encouragement. For a copy of our current Ministry Handbook please contact us.

NLCC Groups

We call our small groups "Care Groups." For the purpose of Care Groups see our By-laws Section 501B.

As of this writing we have eight Care Groups that meet during the week (mostly in homes). Some Care Groups emphasize Bible Study, others fellowship, and others worship. See our church bulletin for meeting times and contact information.
